me in hs -- compliments of Ann Sedgass McDowell |
David and I traveled today from Wichita, KS to my 40th High School Reunion -- AHS Class of '74! Got our 70's on by listening to the 70's channel all the way. Well, between a little dab of bluegrass.
It was wonderful being back in the land of blooming Magnolias and Mimosas, normal accents, family, and friends!
A big thanks to Kathey, Linda, Lisa, Dwayne, and Tina for all the time you spent planning for all of us. I'm sure there were many others who were in on the planning. And THANKS IN ADVANCE for planning the 50th! :)
Friday night at the Ben and Jane Collins Home which is now the Hands on Texarkana offices and event center. A few selfies, a few pix by the hubs.

I don't remember what all the awards were because I COULDN'T HEAR! But I do know Kathey Chism Graves rec'd the prize for having changed the least. So true!

Rhonda Owens King had the most grandkids - 9 |

After 2 months of trying to convince David that it's not that far to drive from
Wichita for this reunion, I rec'd the award for traveling the farthest distance - 460 miles |
